The Americans with Disabilities Act Edu & Reform Act undermines important civil right protections for people w/ disabilities. I am strongly opposed to this bill, in large part because it places undue burdens on those w/disabilities who aim to protect their rights under the #ADA
The tenets of this bill strongly conflict with the original ideals of the ADA and it should not become law. Today, despite my no vote, the bill passed out of the House of Representatives.
