I care about education, infrastructure, all the things that the discretionary budget funds. But on issue after issue, the Republicans are refusing to allow a vote, refusing to let the process move forward.

I know a lot of people are wondering what the government #shutdown is all about. The reason that I & other Dems are not voting for the continuing resolution is that the Republicans are not allowing our government to function.
