I am glad that the resolution to overturn the FCC’s repeal of #NetNeutrality
reached the thirty Senate cosponsors needed to force a vote in the Senate.

Thank you for your question. I am a cosponsor of identical legislation in the House that will be introduced once the FCC’s rules are finalized in the Federal Register and delivered to Congress. If we are successful in bringing it to the floor, I will vote in favor of it.
