My relationship with Earth Day has shifted over the years. As an environmentalist since the 70’s, I appreciated the gesture, the reminder to honor our planet.
Today, as we edge toward catastrophic Climate Change, I’m sad we give Earth Day only one day.
Earth day is a good opportunity to double down and renew my commitment to combatting climate change and pushing for legislative solutions such as #GreenNewDeal so we can save this planet for the next generation (and ourselves).
