Rep Smith, Do we need a new law or better enforcement of existing laws? Naming a problem (no argument from me that a problem exists) is only part of the justification(s) for enacting a law. Telling us *why* existing statutes are failing is also important. Please do that.

Prove it. Show me some facts. As a working class man I have never ever seen a pay difference and yes I ask the questions. Why? Because it’s not up to the gov to ensure equal pay. That’s along the lines of communism. It’s up to the people.
