Red Dawn (an e-mail chain by officials at CDC, HHS, VA, DHS & Pentagon) was intended to raise issues & share information about government response to COVID-19. Red Dawn identified the threat early on & sought to raise alarms, but Trump’s willful inaction worsened the catastrophe
