Dems must subpoena Giuliani & Bolton. If they do not comply, Dems must go to courts & ask for fast review. If Rudy & Co invoke the 5th & refuse to testify, they must be given use & derivative use immunity to compel testimony. The immunity would not bar evidence already gathered.
