500M is not a lot for the damage that was done from those floods. Hundreds of thousands of people lost their cars, homes, and probably have hospital bills they need to pay. Not even counting other expenses that is normal working folks have. Hope y’alls pockets are full though.

IRS waived penalties 4 using retirement accounts 4 2016 disaster relief (casualty losses). Were they not going 2 do that for 2017? What am I missing that we needed legislation 4 this? Also, in the grand scheme of things, thanks 4 $500M, but that is a virtual drop in the bucket.
