Give this man his money back. You gave me my refund fairly quickly, you should do the same for Jeremy. Its absurd that your initial response was to call his claim false. This is an error on YOUR end. Fix it.
So they refunded the second purchase (but not the first which already shipped). I had that shipment returned to stockx (thankfully UPS notifications work) so we'll see what happens when they receive the return.
