Youtube thinks they are slick to stop monetizing videos if you don't have 1k subs, but think it's right that they still have ads in front of my hard work and smaller channels get nothing?

Nope. And my husband saw another ad in front of one of my videos again today. I don't see it when I click on it, but on my husband's account and phone, they are there
