Maybe you could ‘thank’ as well the @RwandaGov for all these refugees they caused themselves, around 250.000 only in #DRC and many thousands all over the world. And for how they kill even #Rwanda-n refugees abroad.
Today we thank the @RwandaGov and people of #Rwanda for their humanitarian commitment to provide asylum to more than 150,000 refugees, some for more than two decades. Others evacuated from Libya through the #ETM.
