    This is not a technical issue. Austerity politics in Congress led to a slower recovery which paved the way for Donald Trump. And in Europe austerity politics paved the way for the rise of right wing nationalism. Progressives must unequivocally reject it!

    Trump is lying when he says he's been building his wall. He's accurate when he specifies, on infrequent occasions, that he's talking about renovating existing barriers, some of which has indeed happened.
