  1. As the court wrote today, "[t]he public interest is served by a valid reapportionment and is harmed when the government acts contrary to federal law." We couldn't agree more, and will continue to fight for what's right.

  3. In a unanimous opinion, the court found the plaintiffs had demonstrated a substantial risk that the policy would diminish congressional representation in certain states, and held that the Memorandum violated federal laws governing the census and reapportionment.

  4. We are proud to support the plaintiffs in Useche v. Trump, which challenged the 7/21 Presidential Memorandum announcing President Trump’s intent to exclude undocumented immigrants from the population count for the purposes of apportioning seats in the House of Representatives.

  8. 🚨Updates in our case: Earlier today, Judge Sullivan instructed processing facilities in regions of NC & PA to conduct two sweeps of their facilities on Friday and to work with local election boards to ensure delivery of all ballots in its possession by 5PM on 11/6.

  11. Update in our case: We continue to achieve increased oversight of the USPS. Mailed ballots remain outstanding across the nation—including in NC, PA, & MI—and we will fight to ensure EVERY ballot is delivered by the statutory deadline in each state.
