Are there a few places in PA where Trump is matching or slightly exceeding his '16 margins? Sure. But they're not nearly as populous as the places where Biden is modestly but critically outpacing Clinton's margins.

In my benchmarks, Biden needed to win Montgomery Co. by 23.0% to carry PA. He's currently up by 25.6%. Biden needed to lose Lebanon Co. by less than 35.0%. He's down there by only 32.1%. Northampton Co. -3.0%, +0.4%. This is a pretty consistent picture across the state.
