Right--but their goal isn't to attract swing voters. They're objective is to make Trump treyf to their fellow Republicans. It's a very different agenda.

@ProjectLincoln has been clear that their mission is to chip away just 4% of Trump's 2016 supporters, with a secondary mission of being provocative and throwing Trump & campaign off balance. Their ads aren't really aimed at the electorate in general.

I noticed a Biden national ad on Fox yesterday that was just: expand health care coverage, raise wages and create new jobs. The most nuts and bolts D messaging imaginable.
