I don't get why you're huffy about this. They don't owe him a platform. If he wants to speak, he can create his own platform just like they did. The March for Life doesn't invite Planned Parenthood to speak, nor should it. This is a silly, whiny critique.

This entire argument is patently absurd. The march wasn't "students randomly talk about their feelings," it was "lets take action." It inherently had an agenda. What's the issue here? This is just a ridiculous narrative.
