    Twin Nepalese red panda cubs were given a clean bill of health in their first veterinary check-up at the Perth Zoo. The cubs will spend their first few months in their nest box with their mother nearby.

    Kathmandu police have arrested three men in possession of a red panda hide! Poachers often use snares like this to trap red pandas. Thankfully our anti-poaching networks are working very hard to protect forests and raise red panda awareness!

    📸RPN Forest Guardian, Sancharaj Limbu, working in his cardamom field. Cardamom is a cash crop that often replaces red panda habitat in Eastern Nepal. Sancharaj grows his own to not support these forest-to-farm conversions.
