Let me start over. Up air Fair rest is a good rest combo setup before utilizing Up air rest % due to to momentum.

However some of these stock kill % percentages are not true but still worked example the hero and banjo so it depends on height I'm assuming or % impacted with up air.

You can also do a light nair instead of a fair at higher percentages before committing a up air rest. I have been labbing it on training mode, elite , and Battle arena and I have been getting better at will show that too.
