They won't, and depending on the case they can't. If you can't prove that the guy who claims a video has no rights to the material,in a way that it counts in the eyes of the copyright law, aka court etc. youtube can't / won't dismiss even false strikes
Should be obvious that if ex. UMG can just free roam and claim every single second of a video for a 1ms clip of song, from the biggest YTbers on the whole site that is, that they wouldn't do anything for the smaller ones either.
Sadly barely .-. They didnt even help Riot
