Berkeley has a strategic CTO program that looks like an interesting mix of technology & business, so I downloaded the brochure...and found out all the faculty are male.

It’s a 2 month smattering of current tech with a rapid org behavior mba section for $33k. I think you are paying for the networking. Most this this stuff can be covered in more depth or picked up via activity in the various tech areas.
One more thing: we want more women CTOs who are more tech focused (seems like a bigger impact than CEO for the women in tech problem) then why aren’t we making our own seminar? Certainly between a few women VCs and CTOs we could cobble a program together.
