    Tough week w the craziness coming at us from Trump/Sessions: threatening to shut down , drill for oil off our coast, jail officials (like me) who stand up for immigrants. I feel lucky to be a San Franciscan & Californian. We‘ll fight for our values against this toxicity.

    If the number of foreign students is still >zero, it's too high.

    Due to Trump’s xenophobia, the U.S. is experiencing a drop in foreign tourists & foreign university students (including entrepreneurs). I hope the corporations that helped pass the tax scam bill - and got a big tax cut - understand the damage that’s being done to our economy.

    A quarter million refugees from El Salvador came here 20 years ago after a massive earthquake. They’ve made lives for themselves & their families. Trump now wants to deport them. This man’s determination to undermine core American values knows no limits.
