Democrats didn't wring their hands. They helped defund the IRS and did everything possible to insure no one would ever see his taxes. They were offered his tax papers and refused. That is much worse than hand wringing.
Trump does what *[the system] lets him get away with. *The IRS. *Congress. *Groveling Republicans. *Handwringing Democrats.
