Even in my very liberal state of California there was no moratorium on rent. Now we're about to experience the biggest homelessness crisis in American history. Neither the democrats nor republicans give a damn about the working class.

Instead they will probably pass some bill to help landlords who can't find tenants. The poor have ran out of money and this system will no longer be profitable. This is their rigged game, surely they must understand what is happening.

It'll be interesting to see if you're right, Nate. Absent assistance, landlords seem to be acting very short-sightedly; tenants more solvent than the ones they're evicting are going to be scarce. There should have been an extended moratorium for both tenants and landlords.
