USPS isn't a business. Like the military,etc it's a public service. If we expect it to make a profit, then we must expect our military, police depts, fire depts, congress, senate, President and on and on to make profits also.

The point of the meme is that all sorts of huge corporations need government funded research, tax breaks, bailouts, using the post office(amazon does) etc. to survive

I honestly never understood why we spend all this money on research and development for fighter jets or whatnot, then still have to buy them from private military corporations. It seems so backwards
