In my district, the town of Aberdeen has a population of 16,000. 1,000 people are homeless. This is why the federal government needs to invest billions of dollars in ending homelessness in America.

I’d imagine that investing in homelessness would decrease the ambulance fees we currently see also. Every water bill I’m taxed $40 for these fees. $240/year/household. I’d rather invest in housing within walking distance to community care facilities.
