What does Christ mean to you?
@LeelaDaou and I were raised Catholic but are not currently practicing. However today, we had several profound encounters in churches that all led to conceptions of Christ.
Which is why I ask the question above.
Christ was a poor man who healed the sick, let women into his inner circle, and from the cross commanded one of his disciples to care for his mother when he was gone.

You may be highly qualified and the absolute best candidate for the job. But running on Jesus...is a little unseemly. Christ could be found nowhere near politics or politicians. Actually, he pretty much taught to ignore it/them altogether.

She is answering a specific question, about who Jesus Christ actually was while he was living, there was nothing in her answer about 'running on Jesus' whatever the hell that means. You don't know how he would be if he was here today, since this is a completely different time.

No, he almost certainly wasn't. He was Jewish, and while there were some black Jews, they weren't concentrated in Judea. (Of course another thing he never was was Christian.)

Can't find the passages in my Bible where Jesus said women fantasized abt being raped, or that we could avoid cancer by having more orgasms. Oh, he never did. St Bernard of No Accomplishments said it. That's why many women hate him (besides the fact that he was a deadbeat dad)
