Many think it’s not civil for me to run against a Democrat. I don’t think it’s civil for our society to let people die because they don’t have healthcare or homes. Corporate Democrats fail that civility test.

Civility is an effective way for people with power to shut down people without power. When you hold the gavel you can be awfully monstrous and dismissive, but still maintain a seemingly "civil" tone.
