What kind of language is the right in Bolivia using to describe indigenous people right now? What are the police saying as they cut the indigenous flag off their uniforms?
they're chanting "policía se respeto carajo!" which means "respect police goddamnit!" then "this is the bolivian republic!" "long live this glorious institution!"

The audio is bad. The police seem to be chanting to "respect the police". After cutting the second flag off, I understood "this is Bolivia". I also (roughly) heard "este es raza publica (?) de Bolivia" which means "this is the public (?) race of Bolivia"
They also say "Death to Evo" at the beginning.
... which people are "first people", the descendants of the people who were fucking there before anyone else ... fascism against indigenous peoples is a precursor to many a western "democracy".
