The way to fund M4A is with a Medicare bank financed by progressive taxation but backed and supplemented by the Fed. It should have a mandate not just as a payer but should open clinics, hospitals and medical schools as needed

I agree that we need to publicly finance hospitals, but that public financing does not have to be from taxation, which would unnecessary hamstring the progressive agenda.
