I liked how it tasted at first and thought they got the texture right but the after taste when I finished it was really bad. 
Well I tried the Impossible Whopper and it’s nothing to write home about, in my opinion. Also it had mayo on it.

For me it’s the feel afterwards. Plasticky, like I’ve had velveeta in my mouth.

I tried it the other day and it didn't agree with me. I felt pretty lousy for hours afterwards.
