But hey, homeless people are allowed in alleyways, so it’s all good. The shelters are full. So Aberdeen is evicting 100 people from their home and condemning them to a life of living in alleyways, in perpetual motion lest they be arrested for standing still,
and vulnerable to abuse from the public.
