The wealth gap between white Americans and African Americans has more than TRIPLED over the past 50 years. Today, the median white family has almost 10 times as much wealth as the median black family. We must fight for racial and economic justice for all.

Yup, and in poor states run by Republicans. Neither party wants to help the poor.

Hence the constant talk of the "middle class" and no mention ever of the poor, as if they don't exist.
