Jokes aside: I'd guess that for 1-20% of colleges, financial losses recouped by Fall opening will be net-lost settling wrongful death lawsuits, because no one is actually prepared to implement test-and-trace. I'm unsympathetic to it: we're responsible for on-campus student deaths
