Hey NGO friends, just curious: any reason some orgs are giving individual statements rather than joining the coalition?

As I understand it (at least for me), the NGOs signed on to the terms of the joint statement, but there were a few things that folks couldn’t agree on in terms of a jointly made statement. Those were asked to follow up with individual statements.
As well as expanding on topics that didn't make it into the overarching statement (or were only mentioned briefly)
