I remember watching the Kenny Everett tv show and hearing someone roaring with laughter behind the cameras. It was him, laughing at his own jokes because they were funny.

He was one if our best comedy geniuses! Also what's being mentioned in the many news bulletins I've been hearing today, was his creative generosity. He wrote marvellous jokes & sketches for many people & would share his talents wilingly to help others thrive. 🥰

Just can’t come to terms with the fact that we’ll never the words ‘Hamish! Dougal! You'll Have Had Your Tea.’ again. The genius to make us laugh at every joke, even if we’d heard it 1,000 times and the divine genius to make it even funnier the 1,000th time.
