    “After every big moment” I think that’s the point people are tryna make

    Saying “why bring it up now” is disingenuous because I remember after every big moment Kobe had in more recent history (his retirement, his Oscar win) it was brought up.

    I think people will always talk about that Kobe case. But because Kobe's been gone only a few weeks, everybody feels like nobody should ever mention it. But that ain't realistic. MJ's cases get brought up all the time still. Kobe will be no different. It's just early.

    when he was Oscar nominated the rape discussion came up then and folks still said it wasn’t the right time. I don’t agree with Gayle King asking family/friends about it. but there’s never a perfect time to talk about negative parts of someone’s legacy.

    She reported for abuse and they released him a week later on a $15K bond.....he went straight to murder her & her sister. STOP giving abusers bail at least by now we should have ankle monitor that tracks them and alerts police & the victim when they’re within 5 miles of them

    Not in rape cases. You guilty from the jump and even when you prove yaself innocent you still guilty in the public eye 99% of the time

    Innocent until proven guilty... if he was not proven guilty then he is innocent. So your feelings while also valid are fair. But not the reality of the situation. Gayle King tried to put her feelings on Lisa Leslie from what I could tell from that clip. That’s not fair
