Yep and it isn't funny how that seems to people. We live in a broadband world yet customer service is at a dial-up pace it seems. And yet people wonder why brand loyalty is a thing of the past. Lack of fixing things and other options... (not so much YouTube)

Hey all! This seems to happen most often when the app needs to be updated (from YouTubes side). Usually after a console OS update etc. But not always. Xbox sees reports but doesn't reply to most of them anymore as Ambassadors like myself are replying to messages coming in.
