I mean seriously, phone lines for XBox are only 8am-5pm EST for a WORLDWIDE gaming platform. The online chat produces nothing. Tweeting at them is a crap shoot for an immediate answer. I'm sorry we live in a world where #CustomerService is 24/7/365.25

We live in a much different world now where everything is globalized, even video game system names. There were times when Sega, Nintendo and others used different names for the same system, now they use the same names. Yet they can't provide 24/7

What is worse is that places like AspenDental wont take ownership of a bad staff at a location and

I actually rarely Tweet anymore. If anything it is about sports, replying to certain people or more often than not, commenting about
