If your device starts updating, when on the verifying/downloading screen, reboot then quickly enter airplane mode. This should be a temporary fix for this. Also, I’ll look into a tweak for blocking updates ASAP.

IMPORTANT!
TvOS Profiles seem to have vanished from everyone’s iPhones. This means there is no longer a way to block updates (for now). Also, apparently Apple is forcing the installation of iOS 13.3.1 so BE CAREFUL! 1/2

FIX: 1. Install iCleaner Pro from https://ib-soft.net/cydia . 2. Open it and go to the plus at the bottom, then Launch Daemons at the top under Advanced. 3. Scroll down and disable ONLY LAUNCH DAEMONS. Nothing else should be disabled
.
4. Click Apply in the top right.
