Nope. OP mistweeted - it was a motion of *confidence*, brought by the government to have a chance to bring opposition into the open and argue it down.

Correction - this was a motion of *confidence*. The stakes are the same as no-confidence, but the difference is this was brought by the government to demonstrate to MPs and the public that after a full debate and report, no one blamed the govt for recent defeats.
