Lindbergh's views on race were, um, not good.

His views on a lot of things were...not good. He is a major figure in Bill Bryson’s book “One Summer: America, 1927”, and he comes across as the strange son of a strange family. He was someone who did one thing well, became and became a public figure because of it.
