This seems like a good idea in a bubble, but considering the propaganda coming from traditional news like Fox, CNN, NBC, etc, as they have known perjurists like James Clapper on as “guest experts”, seems to me your site will delegitimize proper journalism and promote propaganda.

That was my concern in the first place. User-ratings mean that people will rate the items based on what they believe to be true, and with mass-media pushing propaganda, that's very likely to be considered "true" by users, bolstering propaganda and hurting actual journalism.
