Again, not all MI results in outward violence. Of the 33-35,000 gun deaths we have each year, 2/3 are suicides. I assume you believe the overwhelming majority of those suicides are related to mental-health issues, right? Why not assume similarly about the homicides?

This is the exact reaction I expected. It's very difficult for a politician who doesn't listen to his constituents fully to be elected. Scapegoating the mentally Ill because you refuse to see the consistent issues in entitlement and anger women face daily is not good.

And unless you live in my district, you aren’t my constituent. I’m trying to help people understand what’s happening so we can have *some* hope of preventing these events in the future. If you don’t want to have an honest dialog about that, then please don’t engage me.
