Ah, we all have bias in some form of fashion, to be sure. But I don’t have anything against you. I just want elected officials to be well-informed about the top research in this field. It impacts 1 in 5 Americans.

It’s not a bias against me that I was referring to. It’s a bias against the implications of *some* mental illnesses being more likely to result in violence against other people.

I’ve been pretty reflective about this issue. As a student, I think a lot about it and my role as a researcher. I don’t think I’m biased, unless you’re simply referring to the fact that I disagree with your opinion, based on my reading & previous research studies of my own.

I’ve provided studies linking schizophrenia and violent crime and APD and violent crime. You refuse to acknowledge their validity. That’s your bias showing itself.

I’ve demonstrated many other studies that say the opposite. By leading researchers in the field. As well as studies that demonstrate how this narrative developed. One could say that this is your bias showing as well. I’m afraid we’re at an impasse here.
