Lady seems a bit disoriented. Likely needed to be stopped for her own safety and others. Yes she was being obstinate, she was definitely fearful, not thinking clearly (most people aren't when pulled over)...But then the cops went straight stupid to arrest, drag her out of the car

Initial cop was trying to be cool at first. If that lady was such a danger on the road, how is giving her a ticket and sending her on her way helping anyone? Turning it into an arrest because she wouldn't sign the ticket is such crap. Just entertain her and wait on a supervisor.

Oh, but you couldn't wait and she disrespected your authoritah. How'd that work out for you guys? The more you disrespect people the less respect you will be shown untill you are unable to function in your community at all.

Also, this whole cops forcing people out of their cars has got to stop. Especially on the side of a busy highway. It's rarely about safety, often increases danger for everyone. More of intimidation, harassment tactic. But you know that. People hate you for it. More respect lost.
