Parties care about one thing: Gaining and maintaining power/money for themselves. Period.
They only care about other things, such as the rights of voters, when those things might help them gain and maintain power/money for themselves.

All I am saying is evil businessmen and evil politicians worry about your money more than your vote.
Of course. But people still have the power, should they realize it, to replace the politicians, by running and voting for the non-corrupt candidates. Can’t do that with corporations, but we can with politicians.

It is sewn up tight. You don’t get through the door if you are not corrupt. There is no hope for a political solution. It is fairytale Fantasyland shit that only exists in movies and other fiction like text books. $$$$
