There’s no guarantee those 45,000 would’ve voted. Over 1.5 million *eligible* voters in Wisconsin didn’t vote in 2016. So why are we focusing on the 45,000 here?

And therein lies our political conundrum.. The people elect. The elected fight across the aisle. The people elect. The elected fight across the aisle. Repeat..
Precisely. And in truth, the fights the parties pick are almost always designed to divide the electorate. The parties don’t fight over war, domestic surveillance, military funding, bank bailouts, etc.

Exactly, yet we “the voting public” continue along the same path. Arguing all day long about why our “guy” is better and smarter. All the while the elected officials chuckle whilst battling each other for no apparent valid reason.
