Regulation isn't infringing. But yeah, it's a shitty outdated amendment, it needs to be revised so you guys can't distort its intention to have no limits placed your stupid murder hobby.
I just explained the correct intent and interpretation of that amendment concisely and accurately. I can now tell you’ve never read the constitution. You should try it. (Hint: It tells you how you can amend [“revise”] anything in it, including other amendments.)
