Cisneros will lose the suits, more than likely. But the thing is, Gil’s own ballot designation says “Education Advocate” when in reality he’s a lottery winner. He won $266 million in the lottery in 2010. He lives way outside the district in Newport Beach, too... 2/
Gil’s ballot designation is easily the most misleading one on the ballot (although I haven’t seen Jammal’s or Thorburn’s yet). Yet he’s suing those other two over the accuracy of their ballot designations... Gil is a perfect fit for the Democratic Party establishment. 3/
A complete hypocrite who, in addition to this obvious logical conflict, is running on the idea of “getting money out of politics” when in reality his money is the only reason he’s actually in politics in the first place.
