Help it, sure. I wouldn’t say everyone is qualified to lead though. If that were even half true we wouldn’t have so many sheep and the world would be in much better shape.
People are made to feel as if they can’t lead, so they don’t. It’s more about conditioning than it is about capability.

I don’t think that’s true anymore. The last 20 years have been all about telling people that they are powerful, intelligent, and in control, and all that’s given us is a bunch of pompous ignorant asses with massively (unduly) inflated self-esteem.
